How are jobs quoted? We meet with you for free to discuss the scope and type of work. Then we can provide our best cost estimate for completing the project.

How long does it take to complete a job? Each job is unique. We can provide an estimate regarding how long a job will take once the scope of work is discussed.   Some items on your to do list may fit together making it advantageous to take advantage of a 2 or 6 hour Handy Dude Special.

Do you provide materials? Some jobs I can provide materials, some the customer may provide. It is discussed at the time of estimating to determine the best option.

How far are you willing to travel? Presently the service area is all of Medina County, Western Summit, Southeast and Southwest Cuyahoga. Depending on the project, I may be able to include your project if it is outside this designated area.

What don’t you do? We don’t do Roofing, Major Electrical, Major Plumbing or Masonry

Do you take before and after pictures? Yes, we do our best to capture the project before and after and to post those photos on our website as well as our PINTEREST Page. Feel free to send us the photos you take as well and we will add them to the gallery.

What does it cost to replace a faucet? Usually the replacement of a faucet is about 1 hour plus travel time. It could be about $50.00 for this service plus the cost of the faucet which either the customer provides or I can purchase.
